Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. Please enjoy our beautiful pool area with a bathroom and dry sauna within pool area. Temecula Wine Country Row just 25 minutes away Hiking /mountain bike trails are 5 minutes away.

SC Surf House - family home, beach close, E-Bikes!

This family-friendly Surf House is steps from the beach, close to the towns wedding venues and an easy E-bike ride to surf breaks Trestles and San O. Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

Cottage by the Harbor

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

Just 3 minutes from the 5 freeway sits this attached but private studio. Once through your private entrance you will feel at home. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/ freezer if you feel like cooking. There is also a 2 person table/ desk in front of the warm electric fireplace. The ceiling fan keep things cool. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Salt Creek beach,Dana Point Harbor and Trestles are just 15-20 minutes away. Great Location!

Or head over to the historic town of San Juan Capistrano. Only an 8 minute drive to the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Keep heading south about 5 miles and be sure to spend some time in San Clemente, where the view of the pier never gets old! There are so many family friendy activities for all ages!

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. The Casita is a newly remodeled little farm house. It’s located between 15 and 215 freeways on Bundy Canyon making it very accessible. It has a gated entrance, a relaxing feel with a full bath, kitchen and laundry. If your looking for a peaceful get away while still being close to all the amenities, this is it!! We are a small family farm with chickens, free ranging turkeys, peacocks, pigs dairy cows and more.
