El bungalow cuenta con una amplia terraza protegida del viento, dos dormitorio y dos baños completos, cocina y un salón-comedor completamente abierto a la terraza, mediante un ventanal de 7 metros de largo. La parcela es de 900, metros cuadrados. Se conservan muchos de los muebles originales de la década de los 60 del siglo pasado, con la intención de conseguir un ambiente original, y único.
