Sugarloaf post & beam 2 bdrm apt, great location

Beautiful & sunny post and beam apartment over the garage. We are on the shuttle route so no worrying about driving. We are just off the access road and are close to everything at Sugarloaf. Apartment has radiant heat in the floor, so its always warm and toasty. We have great internet and the apt is fully furnished. Pets are negotiable, we love dogs, but we MUST approve of them in advance. Pet fee is $100. Hot tub is available, it is shared with main house. Absolutely no smoking please.

First Tracks at Sugarloaf

Welcome to First Tracks! Located right on mountain bike trails and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. With epic hiking, waterfall swims, disc golf, zip lining and mountain biking right out the back door we've got your vacation covered. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
