Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from this cozy, quiet waterfront home. Relax and play at our serene lake house, 40 feet from the water. Embden is the 3rd cleanest lake in Maine and our lot is wooded for nice privacy. Fire pit, lounge chairs and hammock at the water's edge. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, yard games, fish or relax! Great golf close by! In the winter warm up by the fire after playing outside (sugarloaf 35 mins) ski, snowmobile, ice fish for salmon! Our driveway accommodates trailers.

Located just 5 minutes from Mt Abrahm ‘s ski area , 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Center, and 15 minutes from Bethel, a charmy town with great restaurants and unique attractions. This has been our family getaway for nearly 40 years. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, heating/ AC system, Wi-Fi and a nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee. 45 minute drive from Sunday River. New 7-Person Hot Tub. Newly renovated house on the water. A few steps from the backyard puts you right in the water. Each room has a mini split heat\AC unit. Fire rock with cut wood and propane fire pit allows you to choose which type of camp fire you would rather enjoy. Perfect Maine Lake getaway equipped with 5 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and 1 canoe. Two docks, one with a sitting area and sun shade. Bedrooms come fully furnished with bed linens.

Cozy Camp on North Pond

Charming waterfront camp on a quiet dead end road. Freshwater lake is great for fishing, swimming, boating and simply relaxing! Watch for the family of bald eagles that call this lake their home and listen to the loons as you watch the sunset. Plenty of room for the whole family with two bedrooms and trundle beds . Hike Bucks Ledge right from the camp or make the 5 mile loop around the pond. Cookout on the gas grill, propane provided, and then toast marshmallows over the campfire.

Cozy cabin with wide private waterfront & dock. West - facing for nice sunny days and breathtaking sunsets. Lakeside firepit for roasting marshmallows, dock for sunbathing, wide deck for dining / lounging as loons and eagles mesmerize you. Master BR with King bed & twin bunks. Upstairs BR with Queen bed. Couches & airbeds just in case. Indoor and outdoor showers. High speed internet with streaming TV. Just 15 minutes from I-95 but East Pond feels like the middle of nowhere.

Caratunk Waterfront Studio

Beautiful Riverside Studio/above garage apartment, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy studio feet from the river's edge. We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting right outside your door.
