Situated within our homely block in Bulls with rural views and all day sun is a converted shipping container with separate access that we would love to host you in! We provide a SUPER comfy queen bed, ensuite, air con, private deck, wifi, Smart TV with streaming services and a kitchenette with microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich press and minifridge. A simple delicious breakfast and hot drink supplies also await. The perfect place for a stopover on your road trip, or to set up as a central base!

Luxurious Self Contained Studio Down Country Lane

12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Sanctuary in the City

Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.

Shannon Cottage (summer)

Comfortable cosy cottage beside Mt Ruapehu. Ideal for bikers, Tongariro Crossing hikers or photographers exploring the local scenery. Independent so you can come and go at will. Full kitchen (though basic with retro fridge and no dishwasher), TV, DVDs and Chromecast, unlimited wifi, laundry, heating & aircon. One double room and one room with 2 singles (that can push together), plus a couch bed in the living room and a travel cot. From mid-May to Oct book 'Shannon Cottage (winter)' instead.

Cozy guest residence

Keep it simple at this peaceful and well-located space, with access to the beautiful Virginia Lake , quaint little guest residence with queen bed & ensuite. Facilities to make tea and coffee, with microwave / toaster and mini fridge and Smart TV in second room. Guest house is located next to the main dwelling, linked by beautiful decking. We have sectioned a part of the deck off for our guests to enjoy while they are here. Our house / guesthouse is situated well back from the road.

South Street Lodge

This beautiful two bedroom guesthouse provides a full kitchen, dining, lounge, work nook, bathroom with separate toilet, and full laundry facilities. Located directly across the road from Manfeild entrance and Kowhai Park, walking distance to the heart of Feilding, and only 15 minutes drive to Palmerston North makes this guesthouse a great choice for those looking to attend a Manfeild event, business meetings, visiting friends or family in the area or simply having a trip away.

Come make yourself at home in our freshly renovated fully self-contained Tui studio nestled in native bush. It's a 15min walk (3 minutes by car) to the centre of Feilding where the farmers markets are held on Fridays. 7-minute drive to Manfeild Park 16-minute drive from Palmerston North airport. With private off-street parking. There is additional parking if required (please advise if needed) With everything you need provided to make yourselves breakfast.

Shed apartment - 15 minutes drive from Feilding/Sanson/Palmerston North Good location for those attending Manfield or Speedway. Plenty of space out on the roadside grass verge for large trailers. We are at the end of a no-exit road. Quiet rural setting with chickens, sheep, ducks, Boris - the kunekune pig, 2 cats, and 2 dogs - Jakey and Boots. 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Extra mattresses for extra bodies. A unique, no-frills space

Central City Apartment

Right in the heart of Whanganui on Victoria Ave this upstairs apartment is perfect for walking to any city activities. Two bedrooms, one king bed, one king single. Separate entrance from the two shops downstairs. Off street parking. Located between McDonald and Burger King you'll never go hungry! Awesome cafes, bars, restaurants close by. Not suitable for children. Can be noisy with traffic. Please note entry is up a spiral staircase.

Runnymede Farmstay

Escape to Marton and relax with beautiful garden views. Unwind and disconnect. The unit is a private guesthouse situated on a working farm, which is fully self contained and 5 minutes drive from Marton town. Continental breakfast supplies provided. Private off street parking and own driveway. Includes heating/cooling, own kitchen and bathroom and queen size bed with linen. A porta cot can be added to the Airbnb if requested.
