Has 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, enclosed screened patio, sunroom, living room with TV and Sofa that converts to a double bed or chaise, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area. Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

Includes a common area lounge equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, drinking water, hair dryer, TV, work space, and WIFI.
