This lovely home is locally owned and located on the northwest side of town in a quiet family neighborhood. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious and well-appointed kitchen. You’ll be sure to leave with happy memories no matter what brings you to LBK--TTU game weekends, business, or family getaways. This comfortable home is located close to golf and all of Lubbock's best restaurants and shopping. It is also less than 10 minutes from TTU, LCU, and the medical district.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks on 26th and Boston is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
