Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. This warm and welcoming house is a great retreat for catching up with family and friends. The well appointed, 4 bedroom home is situated on a leafy street, and features a lovely garden and outdoor entertaining space and a swimming pool. You are walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, walking and cycleways whilst still being close to the airport, wineries and other attractions in Marlborough. *please note there are roadworks on the street and property to the north, until March/April 2026*

Riverbank Cottage

RIVERBANK COTTAGE AWAITS YOU. Riverbank cottage was originally the lean-to off the main homestead. In 2002 we moved it across the garden rebuilt it and lived there happily while the homestead was renovated. The cottage faces northeast overlooking our vineyard towards the Richmond ranges. It is within a stones throw of the Wairau River. Please note the cottage has Character and charm. A few upgrades have been done along the way but majority of it made up of the original homestead.

Tironui Hideaway.

Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Want to escape to the stunning vineyards of Marlborough and stay in the countryside, next to a gin distillery? We have you covered. The Distillers Cottage at the Vines Village is nestled on the edge of 4 acres of landscaped grounds that make up the Vines Village in Marlborough, New Zealand. Adjacent to the Roots Gin Shack and Elemental Distillers. Design-led and attention to detail is what we are all about and we would love to share our amazing place in the world with you.

Ben Morven Vineyard Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space just an 8 minute drive from the centre of Blenheim or 10 minutes from the airport. The apartment is located in an established garden; throw open the doors and let the fresh air in or lie in bed and enjoy the birdsong. Fully self contained with everything you need to be self catering but great restaurants nearby. Hosts on site to offer suggestions for exploring the area, or further a field, but also respect your privacy.
