The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - la Torre - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.

E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
