Si trova sospesa su un magnifico paesaggio naturale, con vista sulle montagne e sulla profonda gola del torrente Ardo. La grande vetrata permette di mettersi a letto e godere del paesaggio mozzafiato. L'arredo è studiato per poter svolgere tutte le funzioni come in una mini casa. Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

With a view of the mountain, the chalet "Bergchalet Prantach" in Sankt Leonhard Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Poli supermercato 5 minuti autostrada 2 minuti fermata del bus 5 min.: centro storico con tradizionale mercatino di Natale, ristoranti e negozi
