You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.

Unsere in 2024 neu gebauten, großzügigen Nautica Apartments bieten einen atemberaubenden, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Berge durch eine 6m breite Glasfront vom Boden bis zur Decke. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.
