Enjoy the beautiful sea view with a glass of good Croatian wine in a family and friendly environment. Ideal for romantic walks by the sea . The facility is located in a quiet family village Diklo. Near the house there is a church, the distance from the beach and promenade is around 100 m as well as from the nearby caffe bar, grocery store,restaurant and children playground. The city center is only 6 km away, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 16 km away from the apartment.

NO PETS allowed.

Unsere in 2024 neu gebauten, großzügigen Nautica Apartments bieten einen atemberaubenden, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Berge durch eine 6m breite Glasfront vom Boden bis zur Decke. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

House located first row to the sea(10m)with a beach in front of house, have 5 guests. consists of 2 bedrooms,kitchen and a bathroom with a great view on the sea from the balcony.Possibilty for 5 more guest in apartment next to this in same house. 2 bikes and sunchers ( 5 ) can use guests of house.
