Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

We built this place with one thing in mind: creating somewhere you can truly relax. Our goal was to offer a calm and cozy escape from the everyday, with the entire chalet yours to enjoy.

The house has a 100-year history of the Skabrin family, restored in 2021. while preserving the everyday spirit and style, combined with a modern interior. The house has 4 rooms, an apartment on the top floor and a restaurant SKABRIN RESTOBAR - traditional Bulgarian flavors served with creativity. You can also enjoy the real taste of freshly roasted coffee. Free transport to the ski cabin.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located on the second floor at Local Stay hotel. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. The ski gondola is about 15 minutes drive from the place. In summer you can explore several walking routes around.

Each house consists of two master bedrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a sauna. Smaller groups of up to five guests can rent one of the two villas. We can organize transfers from and to the airport of Sofia.
