"The Nest" Restart Style Studio Apt at Colosseum

This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure. The 20m2 apartment can accomodate up to 2 guests and is situated on the first floor of a historic building (without elevator 8 steps). The living room has been decorated with great care in a predominantly white colour that, together with the beautiful high ceilings and parquet flooring, creates a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The living room features a sofa-bed, an LCD satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare meals. A practical staircase located behind the wardrobe provides access to the loft space (ceiling 1.70mts high) where you will find a double futon. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The Nest apartment is located just a few minutes walking from the Coliseum and the Celio Park, one of Rome’s nicest green spots; easy walking to all historic monuments. The neighbourhood is residential, family-friendly, and has small supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias.

The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. Annesso alla stanza c'è un bagno privato con lavabo in pietra, doccia e sanitari.

A S. Giovanni, nel centro di Roma, si può tranquillamente soggiornare in un villino signorile circondato da un grande giardino impreziosito da una vasca con pesci rossi, panchine e dal canto dei merli. L'appartamento (al I° piano del villino), appena ristrutturato con materiali di pregio (pavimenti in marmo, porte artigianali in legno massello) ha due camere da letto di 20 e 22 mq. , di cui una con balcone. In ogni camera si possono richiedere due letti singoli o un letto matrimoniale.

The room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe and a private bathroom, and is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a historic building from the early '900, a short distance from the Colosseum and all the beautiful monuments of ancient Rome. The excellent location and the multiple connections by bus and metro, provide convenient access to the most important attractions of the city. Very good restaurants and Pizzerias at wlaking distance.

L’appartamento è ubicato al piano primo di un palazzo signorile degli inizi del 1900 ed è stato ristrutturato interamente al fine di poter offrire il massimo confort agli ospiti per un gradevole soggiorno. La camera, dotata di aria condizionata, è molto spaziosa ,arredata con mobili di pregio e un confortevole letto matrimoniale. La SMART TV è anche dotata di antenna satellitare . Il bagno PRIVATO è molto spazioso esterno alla camera.

The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
