The Cottage at Hoffman Barn

The Cottage at Hoffman Barn is a freestanding modern studio cottage located on what was once a dairy farm. The cottage is filled with eclectic art and modern appliances. Outside, your private deck is surrounded by mature specimen trees, birds and nature! You will love the charming waterfall patio and freedom to walk most of the four acre property including visits to goats and chickens at the stable. Most amenities needed for a lovely private getaway or a productive business trip are included.

Treehouse at Fairview Farms

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

Mill Road Farmhouse: Restored with Beautiful Pool.

The Mill Road Farmhouse is a destination in and of itself. Immaculately restored inside and out, this home is a true retreat in the middle of Amish Country. We have a feeling you will be spending all of your time relaxing by pool and hot tub during the warmer months (or maybe grilling up a feast in the brand new outdoor kitchen area) and curled up next to one of the four indoor fireplaces during the winter months. And then of course end each day star-gazing while sitting around the campfire.

Cottage less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park! Relax in the YEAR ROUND HOT TUB, enjoy the 50" Smart TV, & sleep in the comfy gel memory foam king size bed! The house comes with two inflatable SUP board. Dog friendly! Peaceful surroundings. The park has tons of trails for hiking, as well as fishing & water sports. Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!
