The Stray Chalet boasts a relaxing, clean and open space with no steps. It is a peaceful home in a quiet neighborhood . Relax in comfort with everything you need in a home away from home. We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The bear cabin is a hand crafted one room with new day/trundle bed 2 twin mattress, electric with a ceiling fan, small fridge, small coffee pot, table with two chairs, fire ring with grate and wooden bench, seating on the covered porch with deck lights over looking the horse pastures and woods a kitchen for cooking flushing bathroom and out door shower located just a short distance away in cowboy town, explore with a pond for fishing and more

Bear Lake access/Getaway/family friendly-Bears Den

Bear Lake welcomes you. Relax with friends/family at this peaceful and sometimes spirited getaway steps away from ALL SPORT Bear Lake. Shared dock where you can swim, Kayak, fish, or merely float. A Public access launch is just yards away for personal watercraft. Evenings sprinkle the sky with plenty of stars to gaze at. Fishing, boating, kayaking, or just relaxing are all at your finger tips. Golfing, restaurants, shopping, and walking/ biking trails nearby. Pontoon/Kayak rentals available.

Lake Berry hideaway

This is a Lake house on Berry Lake. Enjoy the lake sitting on the porch enjoy your drink of choice while watching the ducks and swans swim across the lake. Bring your fishing poles and fish from the dock. You can launch your canoe or kayaks from the community beach area just a short distance from the house. We are close to Hillsdale College, antique shops, other lakes, and Amish stores. Our home is fully stocked with bedding, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, as well as internet.

This is the perfect place to unwind. Single bedroom home (recently updated) is elevated off the lake and across the street. Which makes for breath taking views and privacy. The beach/dock area are directly across the street. 75 ft lake frontage with a dock, beach and firepit area. This is a private all sports lake. The boat launch is 200 yards to the west for a quick launch. Master queen bed, full stocked kitchen, and queen pullout couch. Close highway access. 3 miles from I-80/90 and I-69.

As you turn off the main road into our cabin's driveway, you will begin to understand why this is our hidden gem. Enjoy the coziness of a wood-stove in the winter or a crackling fire in seclusion in the summer- this little getaway cabin is sure to create fond memories. Maybe you will hear the horned owl at night or see an eagle while you kayak. Your adventure or a peaceful vacation awaits.

Our cozy lake front home offers both summer and winter fun with amazing views of beautiful Lake Marble. The direct water access allows family and friends the ability to swim, fish, and boat with ease and convenience. Our 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 comfortably with 3 full bathrooms. You will find our home fully furnished with everything you would need. 17 miles of lakes connected by channels. Minutes away from Allen Michigan, the Antique Capital of the World.

Charming Lakefront Cottage

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.

The Post Office Near Clear Lake

Sip on a cup of coffee, and relax in your peaceful private getaway. This one-of-a-kind former 1902 post office that was converted into a stay. Surrounded by rolling farms fields and located at the Mill District. Guests are in awe when they arrive and see how beautiful the grounds are. Feel free to explore the grounds and bring your photographer (No sitting fee). Great peaceful location with a short drive to clear lake.

The Garden House

Relax with the whole family in this charming old home, with swings on the front porch and an overgrown English cottage garden in back. Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
