You’ll have a bright king bedroom with private en-suite (shower not a bath) plus a separate sitting room just for you. Access is via a shared hallway within our home. The sitting room includes a table and chairs, perfect for remote working or enjoying breakfast. A simple self-serve breakfast is provided (cereals, toast, tea & coffee). Our bungalow offers a modern, comfortable stay. Ample off-road parking is available on the driveway. Check-in from 4pm/Check-out by 10am. Strictly non-smoking.

I offer a full English breakfast, organic and locally sourced served in the medieval dining room. You will love the large spacious period rooms in this unique Historic building run by friendly family. Beautiful gardens. Close to good restaurants , National Trust houses and public transport. Ideal for Oxford, Henley and beautiful villages. Excellent walking area. All the rooms are very individual ranging from early 12th century , to Victorian ,beautifully furnished appropriate to the period.

Different times can be discussed. ISLAND HERON is a lovely old farm house which has been modernised inside It is a great place to visit as there is a lot to do Wedding and party venues very near ie wasing park is a 7 mins drive!

Thames marina double en-suite room

Cosy double room with a standard 4'6" double bed and dual control fleece electric blanket, en-suite shower and a glorious view across the marina. Tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and free WiFi access are available in the room, which has direct access onto the small garden and patio with a table and chairs. Complimentary continental breakfast is included, and will be left on a tray outside the room each morning . On-drive parking is available for guests.

Freefolk Home with a view

An airy double room with ensuite shower offering privacy at the front of the house ten minutes walk from the Bombay Sapphire Distillery Experience. There is a local pub, The Watership Down Inn, but please check their web site for opening times, bookings and menus - it is very popular and early booking is recommended. Winchester and Highclere are a half hour drive away as well as other locations in the Test Valley. Continental breakfast included.

Overlooks fields and a large and attractive garden. 15mins by car from Reading and Henley and under an hour from Windsor and Oxford. Recently redecorated kitchen and wet-room. The house is also within easy walking distance of the Reading Festival. The guest accommodation is on the ground floor; the bedroom is directly opposite the front door.
