It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Close to Peñalara National Park, full of hiking trails and ski station. At 8 km from Segovia, World Heritage. The province has an impressive historical and natural heritage. It is communicated by excellent mountain road, and the motorway from Segovia or TGV at 6 Km The spacious apartment has all the services: fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV ... Acoustic double glazing windows in bedrooms. It has one double bedroom, one twin 90 and one twin 80 cm. Also, has a couple of excellent leather sofas for a casual visitor.2 bathrooms: one with bath and one with shower. The warm decoration love everyone, with antiques, objects of the world, paintings made by the owners and many personal touches. You´ll feel at home! The house is bright, all exterior. It is very well insulated and warm in winter and cool in summer. The price includes bed linen and towels, firewood, final cleaning and electricity and gas. Alquilamos este apartamento que fue nuestro hogar durante mucho tiempo hasta que la tribu creció, lo hemos cuidado con mimo siempre, es un oasis en plena ciudad, con vistas al jardín Botánico de Madrid, los atardeceres son un regalo. A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.

La casita está dentro de nuestro jardín, pero es totalmente independiente. La parcela tiene vistas directas al Parque Nacional de Guadarrama y es un lugar muy tranquilo, de belleza espectacular. Está a 5 minutos en coche de La Pedriza,a 20 min del Puerto de Navacerrada y a 35 min de Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)
