It is a quick drive or Uber to downtown, Frazier Ave & everything you can think of! You’ll love my place because of its close proximity to everything, yet it's a safe, quiet & cozy area w/ nice walking, views of Signal Mountain & tons of natural light! It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & furry friends (pets).

NO CHECKOUT REQUIREMENTS. When you’re done, you leave - we clean. The entire lower floor of this Chattanooga North Shore home has been fitted out as a high end apartment comprising a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan living room/kitchen and large private deck. Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

Joe's Place

This small charming home surrounded by the city limits of Chattanooga is suited for cooking, relaxing, and sight seeing. Centrally located to everything Chattanooga has to offer this quiet area is near scenic trails, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium. Guests have access to two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, kitchen, dining, and living area. Screened front porch and deck provide outdoor relaxation. Although my home accomodates six, smaller groups are more comfortable. No garage access.

The De'Vine home is a Century old home with modern elements. This home is located 5 to 8 mins drive from Downtown Chattanooga, which consists of many restaurants and attractions. The home consists of an open floor plan with a large front porch for a relaxing stay. This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
