Located 1 block from Main St on the parade route and 1 block from the summer Farmer’s Market, this upstairs unit is located in a building that was built in 101 as evidenced by its high ceilings and unique trim. Earplugs are provided because you might hear the bustle of downtown and the train 5 blocks away.

Comfortable, Clean, Quality Linens, Small Newly Renovated, Tucked away 20 steps off the main parking area with a view to the back more quiet area. The Cascade Motel, is a 1950 original Moter Lodge with an update. It's close to Central Redding, 12 min to Bethel, 4 min to the Bonneyview boat ramp on the Sacramento River, 6 min to I-5. The stairs behind the house take you down to the ground level entrance of our Cute & Cozy apartment. The lower level is attached to house with its own private entry, fully equipped kitchen & separate bedroom with large walk-in shower. Sit in a screened-in porch with a tranquil view of lawn & greenbelt with occasional deer, squirrels & wild turkeys. Close to shopping & restaurants. Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed.

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

Victorian neighborhood Red Bluff

Downstairs unit in beautiful brick fourplex built in 1928. Central heat and air conditioning, dining room, 2 flat Tv's with antennas for local channels, queen size bed, and internet. Living room TV is a 50" Roku. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of this building. Please no pets, no smoking (anything), and no candle burning.
