Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Steps from Lake Ontario! Enjoy nearly 500 ft of semi-private stone beach access during the summer months, cozy nights by the fire pit, and a peaceful log cabin escape on almost 2 acres. Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a wraparound deck, finished lower level, and a well-stocked kitchen. Grill on the deck, fish in Nine Mile Creek, or unwind indoors. Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking to complete the reservation.
