Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

It's within a couple miles of the Church Street Marketplace & Waterfront events, and walking distance to the Pine Street Arts District, Craft Breweries, City Beaches & the bike path. This along with the convenient access to Interstate 89 makes it a great location for your next Burlington visit.

On the 2nd floor of our duplex with a private entrance and deck via exterior stairs. Truly unique property with fenced in yard space and 3 season cabin. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars or a truck pulling a boat for lake enthusiasts! Just a few mins walk to the beach or breweries and a 5 min drive to downtown!
