A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
