A solar-powered, architect-designed eco house tucked away on a quiet cobbled avenue in the heart of Redland and Clifton. Close to brilliant bars, restaurants and cafes on Whiteladies Road. A note on noise: we back onto two restaurants whose bins are collected early on weekdays. Light sleepers or summer visitors may want earplugs, we provide fans during the summer. We've reported the bin situation to Bristol City Council and are actively working to resolve it. Heavy sleepers need not worry.

The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

The self contained flat, with private entrance, is part of our family home and also access to the garden for two cats. There are cat flaps in the locked door to the main house and in the kitchen door to the garden.
