As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Portreath is a village on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is three miles NWof Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. Dogs allowed on beach most of year but between 1st July and 30th August can only go on there b4 10am and after 6pm. This is NOT a disability friendly accommodation

Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Peaceful annexe on an old farmhouse

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
