This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

L'il Cabin's In-Law Suite

Welcome to our Cabin in the Woods. Thank you for your interest. WE ARE BACK!!! As of April 1st, we are an authorized Short Term Rental Accomodation. Unfortunately The City of Kawartha Lakes as limited us to a maximum of 2 persons (incl. children). We are still completing some of the regulated renovations, as our front yard is still dirt after the upgraded Septic System required. We are hoping to have somewhat of a groomed yard by mid summer. It’s quiet, family friendly, safe and accessible to the GTA and surrounding areas. We do our best to accommodate our guests and provide them with everything they will need while away from home. You can go for a walk in the neighbourhood in comfort, nearby are shopping plaza’s, gas stations, grocery store, medical aides and businesses, restaurants and entertainment and bus stop within 2 mins walk. No pets allowed. Looking forward to hosting you!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This loft is above a family home’s 3 car detached garage. Close to Mosport raceway, brimacombe ski hill, and nature trails. Close to the 407 and hwy115. It’s fully renovated with brand new appliances and furniture. BBQ available to grill. It is a rural location, so may not have access to Ubers or food delivery (only pizza). Parking is in shared driveway. There is not an outdoor space.
