Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Die 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Parterre, ist hell und großzügig (80 qm). Ideal wäre sie für 2 Personen, da nur ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist. Weitere 2 Personen können auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Für Kindern kann gerne ein Reisebett mitgebracht werden. Nebenan gibt es eine 2. Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen, die für größere Familien oder Freunde ggf. parallel gebucht werden kann. Die sehr idyllische Landschaft des Oderbruchs lädt zu Spaziergängen oder Radtouren ein.

Ideal zum Ausspannen, Erholen, Kraft tanken, Natur genießen oder zum konzentrierten Arbeiten. Die hügelige Umgebung bietet Wander- und Fahrradwege, Badeseen, interessante Kunst- und Kulturstätten. Gerne heißen wir Sie in unserer Ferienwohnung SEEBLICK, in 15569 Woltersdorf, willkommen. Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die kleine 40qm-Wohnung im 1. OG befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Vierseithof im alten Dorfkern. Der Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill und das große Gartengrundstück mit u.a. Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
