studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber des monumentalen Badpavillons, 100 m entfernt vom Strandaufgang! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und ein Tiny House zu vermieten. Das Haus öffnet -typisch teeländisch- seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse,. Man hört das Meer hört bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die kleine Sauna ist spontan buchbar ( 20.-/2 Std )

Our beach house is tastefully decorated, a house where the sun always shines and you quickly feel at home. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Ons huis is verdeeld in een ruime loungekamer (met een 2-persoonsbed en in de bedstede een stapelbed voor 2 personen), eetkeuken met woonkamer, slaapkamer op de 1e etage. Besloten tuin , prive parking en speelruimte . 4 fietsen staan gereed en een Kano (3 pers). In het atelier aan de achterzijde van het huis op afspraak schilderles. Supermarkt op 2km. Kleine campingsupermarkt op 500 m, alleen hoogseizoen open)

Spot zeehonden of wilde flamingo's! Twee grote Jachthavens. Kindvriendelijk huis, afgelopen jaren helemaal gerenoveerd. Alles is inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken, keukendoeken, airco, gas en elektra. De Zevenklapper ligt op 5 minuten wandelen van het strand en boulevard en op 5 minuten fietsen van het centrum. Je vindt hier een Ibiza style gastensuite voor 2 personen. Gerealiseerd in juni 2022. Nadat je 's ochtends ontwaakt in de boxspring bak je je croissants af in je eigen keuken. Drink een kop koffie op je eigen terras in de ochtendzon. Spring onder de regendouche en ontdek wat Zeeland te bieden heeft. Het leven is zo mooi.

Leuk ingericht, riant, vrijstaand chalet gelegen op loopafstand van de Oosterschelde met klein zandstrand en bos. Geschikt voor 6 personen. Ruime, omheinde tuin om het huis met verwarmde jacuzzi! NIEUW: Vanaf maart 2025 Finse sauna en extra badkamer met douche en toilet. U komt hier echt tot rust. Maak mooie wandelingen of fietstochten langs het water en in de omgeving.
