This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home sits right on the Greenbrier river. Minutes from Marlinton, Siebert and Watoga State Park. Directly across the river is the Greenbrier River Trail. The great room offers tons of natural light with beautiful views of the river. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. We also offer a canoe and kayak for your use as well as river floats, yard games, etc. There’s also a TV with DVDs and board games so you can relax and enjoy the evenings.

You won’t see or hear the neighbors. I stay in the studio apt. behind the garage on the far side of the property. I absolutely respect your privacy. Only 15 minutes from Historic Lewisburg, one of WV's best tourist destinations which offers restaurants, bars, shops, antiques, and the arts. It is 13 miles to The Greenbrier Resort.

Our one-room cottage with river access sits a few hundred feet above the Greenbrier River, with lots of privacy. Queen bed, pullout couch with double bed, table and chairs, AC. Location is perfect for float trips, biking the Greenbrier River Trail, and hiking --10 minutes from Watoga State Park trails and fishing; 15 minutes from Cranberry Glades; an hour from Lewisburg, WV -- voted coolest town in American a few years ago. Our driveway fronts the river but not the cottage itself.

The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! This is Cookie Top Mountain Chalet. We wanted to create a place where not only families, but also their fur babies could enjoy, although we do have a 2 dog maximum.
