Rhapsody Lodge is a classic mountain home in a peaceful neighborhood near shops & recreational facilities. The large alpine property is a 2-block walk down to the lake's sandy beaches, a 1-block walk up to hiking trails, and close to ski areas. Easy flat access. The Lodge has all the comforts of home, including WiFi, flat-screen TVs, full kitchen & laundry room. Indoor dining for 8. Deck & fenced yard with tables, BBQ, hot tub, ping-pong & more. Local mgr on call. Flexible check-out time.

Family Haven in Incline - A/C and beach passes!

New for summer 2026: AC in all 3 bedrooms and living room! New family and sensory-friendly haven in Incline Village minutes to Diamond Peak (DP), beaches, trails & golf. Annual ski passes to DP available for free for guest usage (2 adults and one kid) - a $165 daily value per adult (check with host about details)! 5 min shuttle ride to DP. Recommendations for daily activities included and access to private beaches (seasonal) (cards are prepaid and guests to reimburse host for entry fees).

Within 45–60 mins to Tahoe ski resorts for year-round events. The home features five bedrooms plus an open bonus room off the master, offering the flexibility of a sixth bedroom. Guests love the layout for its perfect balance of togetherness & privacy.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

The Venetian Villa at Sparks Marina

Large house on the quiet canal side of the Sparks Marina. 3 Bedrooms and Common area to accommodate up to 8 guests. The Sparks Marina is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and Casino's right out your back door. Kayaks and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment.
