Drive a rural river road 20 minutes to art openings /farmers markets/ dining in HUDSON Hudson is now the “ northern most art neighborhood of MANHATTAN. Bath room shared, spotless: claw foot tub, shower spray handle. Enjoy view of Schodack Island State Park/3 mikes up the road - wildlife preserve. Use my home as a base to explore.

Arnold Farmhouse (second room) (Italianate)

Beautiful airy room with room to sit and table to work on. The bathroom with a shower is just down the hall. Private entrance into house. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees; walk around the farm/fields. Larkin Hill is a stones throw, as well as the Valatie Kill & Kinderhook Creek. Excellent loops for cyclists. Get some real fresh air - good for couples or solo. If you are staying more than 1 night, we would provide a nutritious breakfast on the full days here, at your request.

Arnold Farmhouse (Italianate - private bath)

Room with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees, the old farm & fields, situated on the Valatie Kill in a quaint hamlet. The AH Bike Trail is just around the corner. If you come by bike, we can safely store the bike in the garage opposite the barn. Larkin Hill, Kinderhook Creek & Hunt Club are close. Schodack Island state park is 15 min. Van Buren house is 15 also. It is a wonderful spot to get some real fresh air.

A beautiful home located in historic Lansingburgh, NY.; Downtown Troy 3 miles, Albany 10 miles, Saratoga Springs, Massachusetts and Vermont 30 miles. The setting is urban, eclectic, with grit. If you love history, architecture, art and antiques you'll love this place. If you are looking for a serene, upscale setting, this isn't the place for you. With a full breakfast included and only 20 minutes to Saratoga, this 4.5 star Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to stay. Includes breakfast and an additional sitting room with a wooded view, marble bathroom, full/queen period bed, furnished with 18th Century country furniture. Fine bedding. Private Victorian marble bathroom on first floor (a short walk downstairs).

With breakfast included and only 20 minutes to Saratoga, this 4.5 star Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to stay. Take yourself back to the Empire Period of the 1820s. This is the largest and most elegant room with a private detached Victorian marble jacuzzi bathroom, waterfront view, full/queen period bed (President Grant used to sleep in this room!).
