Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on the end Black lake. Cabin overlooking the water with 2 rooms & 2 lofts on 50 acres. 32'×20' patio with grills to cook on, lots of patio furniture to lounge on. Kitchen, and dining room inside along a bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Access to the river, a dock, amazing fishing off the dock or from Kayak's, paddle boards, a canoe and row boat available. Big yard for outdoor fun, trails to hike on, fire pit at night, fun for everyone!

Village apartment near SLU

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Welcome to Otters’ Holt! Nestled among maples on a tree-filled hillside, this newly renovated cottage boasts stunning lake views. Relax with a book in the dappled shade on the wrap-around deck, or bask in the sun on the dockside platform. Play cottage games or have fun in the water on the oversized float mat, canoe, kayak or standup paddleboard. Create unforgettable memories as you paddle or fish on the quiet lake, watch the herons fly by, listen to the loons or spot an otter or two!

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.
