The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Cozy up at this beautiful midcentury modern lower level guest suite on a quiet street two blocks from Lake Washington. A short walk to Seward Park, Caffe Vita, Chuck's Hop Shop and restaurants. 1 mile from Columbia City and light rail and a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Your reservation includes a dedicated parking space in the driveway. Please note the bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed.
