Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

Τον Μάιο του 2022 η ταράτσα πλέον είναι χώρος που μπορούν οι φιλοξενούμενοι να προστατευθούν από τον ήλιο και να απολαύσουν ήρεμα και χαλαρά και την επιλογή αυτή. Ακόμα μπορούν να κάνουν ηλιοθεραπεία. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και στο μουσείο σύγχρονης τέχνης, την καθολική εκκλησία, το τζαμί Νερατζές αλλά και το βενετσιάνικο κάστρο Fortezza, η κρήνη Rimondi,το ενετικό λιμάνι. The Archeological Museum is within 100 m and the Fortezza Castle is easily accessible. The Venetian harbor and the city beachfront are both two minutes away.
