A charming,cozy and beautiful Villa in Argyroupoli village,a location where ancient Lappa was amphitheatrically built. It was constructed back in 1900’s and recently renovated,shaping a traditional yet modern intimate of 200 sq.m. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. Multiple yards beneath the old trees have view across the village and guests can relax in2 sitting rooms. The construction of wood and stone and many authentic antique objects gives the house a particular aesthetic.

The Villa is 600m away from Pervolia beach which is the best in the area. There are also various other beaches around in similar distances.

The recently renovated 3 storey house is located in a quiet street inside the old town of Rethymno. Within 5 minutes walk, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The bus station is only 10 minutes walking and so is the beach of Rethymno. There is a private balcony at the rear part of the house on the third floor, facing an inside yard and the 2 minarets of the old town. There is a free parking area in 300 meters distance from the house as you cannot park in the old town.
