L'ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere, essendo vicino alla fermata degli autobus (tram da Trento a Dermulo per 45 min poi bus per altri 15 min), è l'ideale come base di partenza per le piste da sci: Mendola o Predaia a 15/20 min; Val di Sole o Paganella a 45/60 min; sentiero che porta a S.Romedio; vari laghi della zona E' a 40 Km da Trento, Bolzano, Merano

Maso Florindo è un'antica dimora e fienile dei primi dell'800; e, sebbene siano passati molti anni, in questo angolo di paradiso il Tempo sembra essersi fermato, forse per contemplare lo splendore della cima Presanella o la quiete dei grandi prati che si estendono davanti al giardino. Da qui partono sentieri per escursioni tranquille. A 5 minuti dal centro di Vermiglio. A 10 minuti dal centro di Ossana. A 10 minuti dalle piste di passo del Tonale. A 15 minuti dagli impianti di Marilleva 900.

Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.
