Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

The Dairy at Bortons Farm

The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed, secure garden. The living area has TV with Amazon Fire TV stick. EV charging point (charges apply), please bring your own cable.

The House in the Clouds

"A truly unique place to stay, one of England's most famous follies" built as a water tower with house below, the tank room is now a huge galleried living & games room with spectacular views of the Suffolk coast. "A fantasy water tower in a fantasy village". Garden offers volleyball, football, boules, bbq. 10 min walk to the sea. Season ticket for the Meare boating lake (1 boat at a time, open Easter-Sept)included, a 5 min walk away. Perfect for family gatherings. Stansted airport 2 hours drive.

I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Bright and airy cottage with modern interior in peaceful village just 3 miles from Southwold. Situated off the A12 for easy access to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich and the Norfolk Broads and only 1 mile from Latitude music festival. Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. There's a farmshop and nursery in the village, plus a children's play area over the road. Enquire for bike hire.

Tranquility -Annex minutes to Beach & Southwold

Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

Relax in the lounge on the 2 large sofas watching your favorite programme on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

Sea View Cottage is a modern open-plan, comfortable, dog-friendly cottage in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Southwold, just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and Southwold’s independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Delightful enclosed gardens, off road parking and spacious, comfortable, private accommodation, families of all ages can enjoy a terrific seaside holiday. We also uniquely have an EV charger for use free of charge, Type 2 (22kw) on our private drive.

Family holiday house near the beach

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends. Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

Right on the High Street in the heart of Southwold, Port Side holiday apartment has the perfect mix of modern and rustic beauty to make you feel at home. With 2 full king size bedrooms with en-suites, port side sleeps up to 4 guests and boasts top of the range appliances making your stay one to remember. Please note Port Side is accessed via a metal staircase to the first floor, whilst we love our high over the town it may not be suitable to all guests!
