Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.

De hotelkamer, Malbec, bevindt zich in een kleine Gasstätte, boetiekhotel, op de 1e verdieping. In de tuin is het heerlijk toeven rondom de frisse vijver met zwemtrap of 's avonds bij de vuurschaal. Het restaurant serveert ontbijt en, in overleg, diner (de beste Pizza's van Duitsland!). Als je je hond goed hebt opgevoed mag je hem natuurlijk meenemen en dan lopen jullie zo de oneindige bossen in!
