Nach Aachen, Monschau oder zum Rursee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Direkt an der Radroute Ravel mit 125 KM, von Aachen bis Belgien und in die Eifel.

Die Lage des Hauses ist im Zentrum des Geschehen, im umliegenden Bereich befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Weinteken, usw.
