Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. Beautiful 5 bedroom home by the Beach

This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A short drive to Conwy you can uncover some of the towns Medieval history including Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Great Britain.

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.
