Step inside this wonderful lodge. Outdoor in the garden you will find relaxing loungers, a deck area, a BBQ, a water feature, raised boarders and new for Summer 2024, a plunge pool. We have wifi so you can relax, unwind whilst watching movies. The bespoke kitchen has an electric hob, ninja air fryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. The ensuite has a large walk in shower. Off-road enclosed parking with CCTV camera and security lighting. At an additional cost you can hire the indoor hot tub.

Private quirky cosy bell tent & hot tub nr Conwy

Enjoy your own private glamping in the grounds of our listed water mill. Seconds from the A470. Wood fired hot tub and fire pit. Located near Conwy Castle & a few minutes drive from the beach. Betws-y-Coed is a 20 minute drive away or take a 15 minute walk to the local, dog friendly pub. Mountains on our doorstep with plenty of foot path walks. We are a family run, small holding with pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs & cats. Collect your own eggs for breakfast or ask us for some!

Crafnant Valley Retreat

Unique space. American RV Caravan in own field. Barn to store bikes, waterproofs and boots. Chance to have a bonfire (extra charge for wood). Sleeps family comfortably but can be very cosy. Plenty of outdoor space around the caravan & local walks. There is NO WIFI access at the caravan and depending on your phone company POSSIBLY NO signal. However you will be able to access WIFI around our house. The vans hot water is via a tank, see other details to note.

The Anglesey Gypsy Caravan

The caravan is situated in a lovely secluded paddock next to our house with views of the Snowdonia mountains and easy access to fantastic beaches and forests. All of our five listings are now completely self-contained with private facilities including shower and toilet so there is no need to have any contact with other guests. We have just changed the composting loo for a flush toilet - all mod cons!!
