The barn is all yours for your entire stay and shares a driveway with the stunning Parker House. Please follow the parking instructions by parking at the back of the driveway in front of the barn fence.

Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

We have two air bnb's located behind each other approx 20m apart, with a fence separating them .

The Shore Shack is best suited for couples or small families to sit back, relax & enjoy. Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. For the family, a large undercover area, family sized Weber BBQ, outdoor seating & fire pit. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
