A stunning, cosy cottage located in the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once part of a looming house and barn, this Grade II Listed building has been converted to a lovely cottage with peaceful surrounding views. There are many picturesque footpaths located close to the cottage, and within reach of historical and geological sites with beautiful scenes of wildlife. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

Tailor's Cottage is ideally located in the centre of Clitheroe. The cottage comfortably accomodates three guests (1 king, 1 single) with additional sprung queen sofabed in the lounge. Dating back to 1846, the property has plenty of charm. Originally built to home local mill workers, Tailors Cottage has been sympathetically restored to reflect the past whilst offering fibre wifi, smart tv's and new fixture & fittings throughout. Just 5 miles from Clitheroe and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkien Trail, this modern barn conversion sleeps up to 4 people in 2 large double bedrooms, both en-suite. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. This leads to a utility area and downstairs toilet. Outside is partially paved with enclosed gardens. Amazing views can be enjoyed with eating areas to the front and back. Large gated parking area.

Traditional Cottage in the heart of Waddington. Waddington is a small village, 2 miles of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. Within the village there are three popular pubs, the Lower Buck Inn, the Higher Buck and the Waddington Arms also a beautiful church all within 2mins walking distance from the cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.

Stag Cottage, a gorgeous C16 Elizabethan cottage

Stag Cottage (built C1580) is a beautiful, quaint, historic Grade II Listed building hidden away in the ancient, hilltop Pennine village of Heptonstall. Stag Cottage oozes charm and retains many original features, including stone mullioned windows, arched lintels, wooden beams and a king post truss with wattle and daub infill. A low 4ft 6'' beam separates the kitchen from the living area. The Cottage sleeps 3 people comfortably; a double bedroom with king-size bed and also a single bedroom.
