A Capela - Converted 18th Century Chapel

Please see our House Rules before enquiries. Unfortunately no outside visitors or events or celebrations are allowed. Thank you. Stay in a beautifully renovated chapel, built in 1789. A Capela offers a private outdoor lounge area for guests’ exclusive use with mountain views of the Moorish Castle. 3 - 5 minutes walk to Sintra Station which is also the main meeting point for most sightseeing tours. We are within easy walking distance to all the beautiful quaint cafes, shops and restaurants.

Welcome to Casa da Paderna, our 19th Century Chalet in the Heart of Old Town Sintra, a sunny, bright house, with terraces and gardens overlooking the greenery and the palaces. Throughout the years we have lodged many happy families, groups of friends, wedding guests and more recently in our newly repurposed garden, we have been hosting destination weddings, elopments, micro-weddings and other celebrations. This Happy Holiday Home waits for you and the ones you love for an unforgettable stay!

Romantic Vintage Cottage with garden

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
