A cozy and comfortable house in a typical neighborhood in the heart of Porto. Close to major turistic places and city hot spots. Just around the corner is the iconic Rua Santa Catarina. On the surroundings you will find traditional restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parking lots, cafes, bakeries and shopping malls. It is the perfect place to experience Porto's every day life. Bolhão metro station with direct line to the airport is within a 5 min walk. Visit Porto and live the city as a local.

Porto Traditional Lifestyle

Is a secular house with granite stonework and the typical colors of the neighborhood and is located in the historic center of Porto. It was totally restored by an architect of the Porto chamber keeping the old moth. The decoration is based on family pieces carefully collected and restored by me containing objects from various periods. The objective was to preserve as possible the way of life of the Porto residents and in every corner of the house will feel and appreciate their personality.

Afurada Douro Duplex

Afurada is an original fishing village, 5 kilometers out of Porto, directly on the Estuario do Douro nature reserve. The house was completely renovated in 2022 / 2025 and offers luxurious comfort. Your cozy holiday home offers space for two or three people. Surrounding the house you will find 25 restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a golf place, the port of Afurada 300 m and the Atlantic coast only 2 km away with wonderful beaches, jogging paths, restaurants and idyllic wooden walkways.

Located in Porto's Historical Centre, "Casa do Duque" is a charming, elegant house of the late 19th century, completely refurbished with the best actual comfort patterns. It has all the requirements for you to feel at home. "Casa do Duque" is 10/15 minutes away (walking) from the city's heart and the metro station "Campo 24 de Agosto" is 5 minutes away (walking) and has a direct connection to the airport. "Casa do Duque" is a magical and cozy place where you will surely feel at home.

The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!
