Come enjoy natural beauty at its best feet from practically a private beach! Lots of water bottles in sun to keep warm. Little building provides a portable toilet and a simple showering system. There is a hard-top gazebo with table and 4 chairs, picnic table, bench, portable bbq, butane stove, propane griddle. There is a drawer with paper and plastic dishes, utensils, pots, pans and spices, etc. Two lights, many battery lights, a fan, small fridge. Bottled water. Couch is hide-a-bed.

Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds. The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 6). You will have access to a private very clean large bedroom, a large living room space and a separate full bathroom in our living space downstairs. We will be living upstairs but we are very quiet, trust worthy, super friendly and will respect your privacy. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

My home is close to the airport (15k) , arts and culture, the town center, and parks. Walking distance to Shediac Sunday Market (June to September).
