The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!
