The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, bathroom/laundry, separate toilet, formal lounge, three spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful sunroom—an ideal base for exploring Southern Tasmania.

The sandstone Church is located in the centre of Richmond Village. Constructed in 1873 it now has a new life, converted to luxury accommodation. The modern interior with its mezzanine bedroom loft, warm underfloor heating through out and comfy sofa area. Richmond is 20minutes from Hobart and the airport and surrounded by many wineries

Pinot Cottage- Vineyard escape

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.
