Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Access to the main house is closed. We do have dogs in the main house, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets welcome with $40 fee per pet.

If you appreciate the priceless craftsmanship of older homes then you’ll love this place. Built in 1987 this homes feature Solid hard pine wood floors, 12 ft high ceilings and long double hung wood windows. They don’t make them to last like this anymore. The neighborhood is historic with old tree lined streets , southern hospitality on display complete with waving neighbors sitting on their front porches. A small village is close by that boasts a tap room restaurant, yoga and a coffee shop.
