the Loblolly getaway

Unplug at the Loblolly. Enjoy peace and quiet in our one bedroom home set on 37 acres of pines bordering many acres of state land. We do not have cable TV, however we have a DVD player with a dresser full of DVD movies! Take a walk. Bring your mountain bikes and hit the state land trails. Sit on the 3 season porch and watch the birds, or read. Eat out on the back patio. We are 20 minutes from Pinehurst, 25 from Rockingham. 5 minutes from interstate 73. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer.

Sneedsboro Cabin

We built this little cabin in 2015 to host our friends and family. We are now empty nesters and have plenty of room! Our cabin is located behind our home, yet it is still private. We live in the middle of the woods and often there are deer in the clearing in front of the cabin. We will soon have our pond completed nearby. Nothing fancy, but comfortable & peaceful. Cabin has good wifi and a smart TV. Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the country and relax on the front porch!

Completely renovated and furnished in ‘22 with modern decor. Gather on the shaded screened porch while dinner is prepared in the fully equipped open kitchen/dining area. Kitchen has granite counter tops and all new appliances. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating for all guest. The bedrooms are located away from communal spaces.
